These recordings found a home on this cassette thanks to a message I received some time ago from Thaniel Ion Lee asking if I'd like to release a solo album, something I hadn't done since 1997's "Blood River Dusk". I said yes not having much idea what I'd do, but after a while I started coming across unreleased tracks done in one moment or another over the last few years which gave me the right feeling and from there I recorded a few new ones and it all came together, quite by itself. So special thanks to Thaniel, and to Silvia for her discerning ears as well as the wonderful friends and artists who participated on these Odd Songs.
